Drug Mechanism
The mu-opioid receptor is attached by the Tramadol in the Central Nervous System of the brain. It helps to create analgesic effect like morphine.
G-protein coupled receptor is triggered by this attachment and then inhibition of the adenylate cyclase reduces the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate.
