Hydrocodone and acetaminophen are the two generic variants and are used as active ingredients in the branded medicine, Lortab. The branded medicine Lortab 7.5-325 mg is a combination medication that comprises 7.5 mg of hydrocodone bitartrate and 325 mg of acetaminophen.

Mechanism of Action of G 036 Pill:

It is a combination drug in which both components work together, in which hydrocodone is an opioid agonist and acetaminophen is a non-opioid which enhances the effect of hydrocodone.

It is particularly the CNS opioid receptor. The tendency of the hydrocodone to combine with the mu-opioid receptor (MOR) is higher than the delta receptor. It produces an analgesic effect by the activation of the MOR in the brain and spinal cord.
