Overview
Norco 10-325 mg is used to treat severe pain in individuals. It is a combination of acetaminophen and hydrocodone drugs. These two medicines make Norco a strong painkiller medicine.
It contains 10 mg of Hydrocodone which is also used in the treatment of cough, whereas 325 mg Acetaminophen reduces fever in individuals.
Norco 10-325 mg tablet contains inactive ingredients such as povidone, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, pregelatinized starch and microcrystalline cellulose. Its main responsibility is to block the pain signals in an individual’s brain.
Dosages:
Norco 10-325 mg is the highest dosage strength of Norco medicine, which is used in the treatment of severe pain in adults only. This dosage strength is available in the form of oral tablet.
Norco 5-325 mg and 7.5-325 mg are also taken by the adults in treating this problem. Oral solution and Elixir are the two other forms of this drug, which are used i the treatment of severe pain in individuals.
Children are not suggested to use this drug for treating severe pain. A parent or family member of any child can contact with the doctor if they are suffering from this problem.

Precautions:
- An individual must take the advice from the doctor before taking Norco 10-325 mg tablet.
- It is important for a person to take rest after taking this drug. Norco 10-325 mg medicine causes drowsiness, which becomes risky at the time of driving a vehicle or performing other activities for any individual.
- Norco 10-325 mg when taken with alcohol can cause damage in liver which may be harmful for the person.
